My Surface Pro 7 is not recognizing memory cards after recent update. Same cards are being detected with card reader. Has the recent Windows Update (Version 1909 Build 18363.476) caused the problem. Card slot was working fine earlier.

I'm confused here. Some posts are talking about an SD card slot and some about a micro SD slot. Does the Surface Pro 4 have both?

We liked using it with the Surface Pro 11th Edition, but it’s also compatible with some older Surface devices like the Surface Pro 8, popping into the storage slot right above the keyboard.
